Christine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master’s degree from the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of settings—including schools, community mental health, and private practice—supporting youth, teens, adults, couples, and families through a wide range of challenges.
Christine specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Christine’s favorite foods are sushi and pizza—though she’s always up for trying new recipes. Cooking is one of her favorite ways to unwind. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs, going to the gym, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with family.
Christine believes that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, seen, and supported. Counseling isn’t about fixing someone—it’s about exploring what’s no longer working, identifying strengths, and building new ways of coping. She approaches therapy with honesty, warmth, humor, and curiosity, helping her clients move through discomfort toward growth.
“Therapy is a partnership. Finding a counselor who ‘gets’ you can make all the difference. You should feel heard, comfortable, and understood—because that’s where the real work begins.”
