If you plan on privately paying (using cash), below are our therapy and psychological evaluations rates.

Counseling- Flat Rate of $130- No Matter the Therapy

Generally, the therapy field assigns different rates for 30, 45, 60-minute sessions and whether it’s a child, adult, family, or marital appointment. We’ve seen rates up to $350 per hour. Yikes!

We've been told that keeping track of all this can be a bit intimidating. So, at NPS, we have one Flat Rate when paying cash for therapy:

$130 for 55 minutes, no matter who attends.

Psychology Evaluations- Flat Rate of $2000- No Matter the Diagnosis

Depending on the type of evaluation, it can generally cost between $3000-$6000. At NPS, we are dedicated to answers for our clients and making sure they understand the results of their evaluation. The Flat Rate for Psychological Evaluation includes:

  • 3 one-hour intake appointments
  • 1 extended testing appointment
  • Up to 3 one-hour evaluation feedback appointments- ensuring ALL questions are answered and next steps are planned
  • 1 report detailing your evaluation findings

FAQ

  • Our therapists run on scheduled appointments. While this method generally runs smoothly, we also understand our clients have things that unexpectedly come up. NPS has a 24-hour cancelation policy. If a client does not show up to their appointment or cancels within 24 hours, there is a $65 fee. All of the fee goes directly to the therapist. NPS does not profit off of scheduling conflicts but valuing our therapist’s time is a non-negotiable.

    Note:

    • Missed sessions cannot be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
    • Voicemails to cancel left before 24 hours will apply.
    • Fees will be charged to credit cards on file.
