Zach Neal

Zach Neal’s Specialties:

  • Marriage/couples counseling
  • Teen and young men
  • Men's Issues
  • ADHD

Zach Neal, Therapist

Zach works with teens, young adults, and couples in the areas of ADHD, men’s issues, and marriage/couples counseling. He completed his Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Columbia College of Missouri. He is currently working towards his Doctorate at Illinois School of Professional Psychology.

It is important to Zach that counseling steers away from threatening and towards life-giving. He loves to laugh and know not only the reasons for counseling but also how his clients take their coffee, their idiosyncrasies, and which football team makes them yell at the screen on Sunday’s. Zach’s approach is practical and honest. He values transparency, humor, self-awareness, and genuine exchanges.

He and his wife, Courtney, have lived in Texas and, most recently, Minnesota. They now call the northwest Chicago suburbs home and make it a point to enmesh themselves in their community and the lives of those around them.
